A brief initial call where I will have some questions to understand your particular situation and goals, and you can ask me questions about my services and next steps. We can schedule an at home visit if you wish.

In home visit: $45
(outside Erie County is additional)

We’ll look at your home layout with current TV’s and cable or satellite receivers/DVR’s and potential routing for indoor or outdoor antennas. Second, I’ll ask to review your current services from your cable provider. Then I will ask you questions regarding Network TV, Sports and cable shows that you like and those you don’t want to give up. 

I will then complete a customized plan for you to start your journey including:

• Recommended devices and costs

• Recommended streaming services to start out with (free & pay)

• Steps on how to work with (or break up with) your cable company order to obtain internet-only services at a fair price

Additional Support: $45 per hour
If you might need more support, this can include further consult on internet or streaming services...installing or helping you install your streaming devices, indoor antennas, training and instructions on how to use them. Even if you are partially set-up, these charges should be offset by the money you will save in your first few months’ cable-free living.

Phone Support: $10 (up to 15 minutes) phone calls, Facetime or Zoom
